The DiSC® profile is a non-judgmental tool used for the discussion and development of people's behavioral and communication differences as well as those preferences. If you participate in a DiSC® program, you'll be asked to complete a simple assessment that produces a detailed report about your personality and behavior. You'll also receive tips related to working with people of other styles.

The DiSC® Report provides insight into an individual’s personality, behavior, strengths, and weaknesses, all from a Christian perspective. When thoughtfully administered and interpreted, this DiSC® reporting tool can be used to dramatically improve communication with congregation, staff, and volunteers.

The DiSC® model and training provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others — within a volunteer team, a service relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.
