  • Why should I provide training for my team/employees?
CFO asks CEO: "What happens if we invest in developing our people and they leave us?" CEO: "What happens if we don't and they stay?" ~Peter Baeklund Every employee can benefit from a solid employee development program, whether they are salaried or hourly. Yet it's easily forgotten or let slide in the pressure of everyday business. Some days you might feel like it's hard enough to get through the day, much less manage and create a continued and future plan for employee development. But as a business owner, you can’t afford to cut employee development from your budget. No matter what the product, service or industry, companies need people. Investing in the continued professional development of people is beneficial, for both employee morale and for the corporation’s bottom line. There is more competition for top talent, who are looking for opportunities to grow and gain more responsibilities and not just get a paycheck. Employees feel more valued when corporations spend the time and the money to invest in them, leading to a positive relationship between company and worker. In other words, if an employee feels like they are being invested in, they will invest in their work. Such synergy effects retainment; and supporting professional growth is one way to make sure employees do not jump ship. Like any other business decision, it’s important to consider the ultimate goals of training. Without a solid idea of what “success” looks like for your company, it will be hard for you to determine which training you need, and from whom.

“Anything you can do to improve people is worthy.” In most organizations, 70 percent of operating costs are people-related. Tauber adds that the purpose of learning and development is driving business performance by way of individual performance. We believe training creates more productive employees, better morale, reduced turnover, and improved efficiencies. If people are your most important asset, then it only makes sense that you invest in them and give them the tools to be successful.
  • Can the training be customized to fit my company and team and what is the ideal size group for this training?
We custom design all of our trainings for each organization and need. Each learning and development project should be individualized and not generic. Trinfinity believes only through partnership can it be determine how training can help reach the stated goal. This is the key to pre-training and where a strategic training partnership becomes so important. There is no group too large or too small.
